these contain no protein. they are creatine capsules. you cant get protein tablets as in order to get the same amount of protein you would get from a shake you would need in excess of 30 very large tablets. -AC-

Is this product safe to take with Maximuscle Cyclone as Cyclone already has creatine, this won't overdose will it?
Also i have heard that the water retention also affects the face,making it puffy,is this true?
And finally
Compared to Maximuscle Creatamax Caps is this better or would I rather continue taking just Maximuscle products? As I already take ZMA, Pump Up, and Cyclone?

This product is fine to take with cyclone, water retention is down to diet not really the creatine/

In my opinion the All american kre alkalyn is better, try using the Millenium Sport Tec Cre 02 it is a very effective creatine.
