Ask a Question
I have just purchased the Pro Amino's should I take these aswell or would I be duplicating?
Hi Scott
I would only take one or the other.
Kind regards
Danny
Hi, i'm looking for bcaa's that would be suitable for vegetarians - can you reccomend the best product please. Thanks.
Hi Asad
Your best going for a liquid amino.
How much does weight one capsule ?
Hi this wilbe around 1g in weight
Hi, i've hit a plateu with my training and am looking to increase my lean muscle. I currently use bsn syntha-6 1st thing in morning & last thing at night, and phd vmax pump pre workout. If i add CNP pro-recover and CNP bcaa's will i see significant improvements in lean muscle? I've previously tried phd iso7 synergy but i just felt constantly weak. Thanks for your help.
Hi Anthony,
Yes that should help you achieve your goals!
Regards,
Josh
Hi i can only afford protein powder or amino acids, which one would you suggest i spend my money on? i can spend £40 a month, which would give me best gains in muscle and help me recover best?? thanks steven
Hello Steven,
It depend what your goals are. However, generally I would suggest that you purchase a protein powder over a BCAA supplement. Some products like PhD Pharma Whey have BCAA's added to them; that way you could get the best of both worlds. Check out the Pharma Whey on monstersupplements.
KInd Regards,
Omar
Hi, I'm looking to gain muscle fairly quickly, I already take CNP PROMASS protein shake, would taking tribulus terrestris and CNP PRO BCAA along side the protein shake help with the muscle gains? Thanks
hi. you cannot be impatient when it comes to gaining muscle. if you try and do it too quick you will likely just get fat or be disappointed. if you gain 2lbs muscle per month that would be very good. BCAA's and tribulus may help in building muscle but it will not be a direct effect. they help increase protein synthesis but without correct diet will have little to no effect. Best regards -AC-
Im already taking Phd pharma whey which has BCAA in it acording to one of the reviews. is it pointless buying this product then? also taking CNP creatine
Hi leigh,
You could take BCAA's between meals which is a popular choice.
Adding it to pharma whey may be beneficial however if I were to use it, it would be between meals.
Hope this helps.
Luke
I am interested in adding this BCAA product to my supplementation. I only weigh 50kg so can you please recommend a daily dosage for me? Thanks
Hi there
I would just add a few scoops per day, there's no real "guide" as such.
A few tables spoons spread throughout the day would be ample however.
