Take 2 multi-phase capsules twice per day. For best results take two multi-phase capsules in the morning with a meal and two more multi-phase capsules with and evening meal. Anabol-5 is best used in cycles. The suggested cycle length is 12 weeks followed by a 2 week break.

For mass Tren bomb for progressive and consistant natural gains then the anabol is a better option, you will add weight more quickly with tren bomb but alot of this will be water also there is more chance of negative sides effects with tren.

this does boost natural test levels and does increase protein synthesis, you will be absolutely fiine with this; there are no negative side effects from this product.

This product was discontinued a very long time ago now. The Lipo 6 Fat burn range has now been taken of the UK market due to the MHRA and its new legislations. I would check with the Army to see if taking such product would be allowed. A stack you could look at is the Grenade Thermo Detanator and Optimum Nutrition Glyco Maize. This is the same really as the Lipo/Volugrow stack.
