It is easy to mix and tastes good, with no foul after taste. Ive been using it for about a month, and havnt had any problems, gains have been made in good quality lean muscle, and also no fat has been put on due to the low carbs!. I would highly recommend this protein for anybody who is after a simple quality protein to help repair and grow muscle after decent workouts.
