Just bought PHD Synergy and been contemplating buying these, im just scepticle about there effect, side effects ( even if its just stomach upset). I am 19 in July so guessing my age isnt an issue. Hi, i am currently taking phd synergy as soon as i wake up, promax extreme 1 hour before training, a mix of cyclone and synergy after training and zma before bed. i am conidering taking phd methoxy-7-test along with these products. i am wondering when to take methoxy in conjunction with my current supplements. when are the best times to take methoxy with my current products and does the product still work if taken with a pre workout protein or should i take promax extreme 90 mins before and methoxy 30 mins before training for it to be effective. many thanks

Hi, have just purchased this product but am confused on when to take it. i know that you should take it upon waking and 30 mins before training but on the box it says to take the 3 rd serving immediately after training , yet everyhwre else it says to take before bed. when is the best time to take the 3rd serving

Hi i've just finished my first course of Animal Stak and have been very pleased with the results in size and strength, although this wasn't my first choice product. I originally ordered PHD Formula X, which was out of stock and got offered Animal Stak as an alternative. Is Methoxy-7 the the new name for Formula X? As its description sounds identical. Was pleased with Animal Stak but worried about side effects from extended use (although was fine over the one course) whereas Methoxy-7 (Formula X) sounds like a product im more comfortable with.

Hi, im currently stacking this with PHD Synergy and only started this week. Im also currently increasing my carb intake with ultra fine scottish oats. Im just wondering when i should take each supplement for best results.
At the minute on training days i have a methoxy 7 tablet immediately after waking along with 100g of oats. I then have a synergy shake at around 10.30am. I then take Synergy 60 minutes before a workout and methoxy 7 30 mins before a workout and methoxy 7 immediately after (as stated on the box). Then have another 100g of oats when i get home.
On non training days i have methoxy and oats on a morning when i wake up, synergy at around 10.30, methoxy at around 1pm with my lunch and then synergy and methoxy at around 8pm. Is this ok? Many thanks.

Hi, i am currently stacking this product with phd synergy and lean degree. im on my 3rd week now amd im a hard gainer wen it comes to putting muscle on but do carry sum fat! in my first week i noticed sum good gains in strength and size!! now, although im still getting stronger i seem to be loosing weight! and dont seem to be geting anymore size!! i currently train 6 times a week wiv about 4 hours of very light, fat burning cardio also in the week!! is this too much training and if it is wot would u recomend whilst taking thease products to get the ideal outcome?
Hi John try scaling back on the training, you are doing too much the first thing to reduce is the cardio, this burns calories that are needed to build muscle, try 5 days per week with weights and limit your cardio to no more than 20 minutes per session, thanks

the product comes in capsules. steroids are usually tablet form. i find it unlikely he is on steroids as you would be able to tell instantly as he would have gained weight extremely quickly and depending on the steroid would look watery and bloated. this will not occur with methoxy 7 test, you will increase lean muscle size at a sensible rate but stay lean and dry. -AC-

that stack looks great to me. i personally would get a whey protein shake rather than the aminos. use the true mass immdeiately after trianing and 90 mins before. use the whey protein in between meals. this will massively increase your protein intake and will be good value for money. -AC-

This product is not as strong as H-Drol, however i wouldn't recommend doing more than one course in a row because your body will get used to the product and ou might not be happy with the gains after 3 courses. I would recommend using one course then having one month off and start again.

Hi, i have a month off rugby next month and plan to hit the gym around 5 times a week. My aim is to just stack on lean muscle. I currently just take a protein drink and go 3 times a week.

Hi, I noticed on the decription of Methoxy-7 that you can used continuously and do not have to cycle. How long can you use it continously before it loses it's effectiveness or you begin exibiting side effects? I have seen some emails and advice saying cycle 4 week on/off. Currently I am having the PHD synergy ISO 7 and lean degree. Aim is to lose my excess fat and gain lean muscle. So far I am seeing great results, I go gym twice a day every day with weekends being rest. Iam 21 did weigh 91.5kg but in 7weeks having the two above I’ve lost 7Kg. I have just brought the PHD VMax Pump to boost me for my workouts in the evening. Would you recommend me buying the methoxy 7 aswel. Would I be over killing the stack? Also could you help with the timings to take all of the above? If the current stack you are taking is working for you i see no reason why you would add or change it. Personally I would carry on with the stack untill you reach a plataeux then think about possibly incorperating other supplements and changing protein shakes. The Methoxy 7 is a natural test booster so you could potentially gain weight depending on how you train and what you eat. If you fancy a change then I recommend switching your Synergy ISO7 for PhD Diet Whey. And in regards to timing of the supplements it depends on when you train and what your diet is like. I would try to distribute your diet and the supplements evenly so you can maintain a high metabolism by eating little and frequently. Hope this helps. MonsterSupplements

this is a natural product so yes it is fine but your testosterone levels are high at a young age so you wouldn't need to boost your test levels.

I would advise looking at adding another high kcal shake into your diet, possibly a weight gainer like the Optimum Nutrition - Serious Mass. The only way to add weight is by taking on board more kcals than needed by the body. Carb powders like Garnell - Complex Carbs are also a good addition to use around training times.
