“ Dont know whats in it that makes me so full of energy but it works. tend to be a lot less tired than i used to. only down side is the price but there again 50 pence a day isnt that bad. (3rd month on them) ”

“ Just started these vits so can really say how effective they are just yet. But they are easy to take and only have to take twice a day unlike other multi vitamins I have seen recommending 4 a day. Got these on the half price deal so excellent value for money and the ingredient/ formula list looks spot on and has everything you need. One thing I hate about multi vits though is the use as magnesium oxide which is a bad source of magnesium as its not easily absorbed and not the best for you. But most brands use then so what can you do... over all a great product so far and well worth the money 5 STARS ***** ”
