Guys, I see from the Q&A's that this & PhD Synergy stack well. I'm also thinking of adding PhD Sida Cordofilia to reduce a bit more body fat, is this okay or am I trying to achieve too much at once? Cheers!

Sorry, me again! I take Synergy about 1 1/2 hours before I train & then again immediately after training. Beast advises 3 sprays after training but not to take drinks / food within 15 minutes of taking it, so what's best to take first then, Synergy then wait 15 minutes then Beast or vice versa? Cheers again!
