when you eat, take aminos. no you dont have to be dieting. to ge tthe best benefits from amino acids you will need to be training.

Take your pro-aminos pre and post workouts. You could take them before rugby and after too.

There isn't a great differen't except for the quantity slight price diffence and servings sizes, the Pro Aminos are Peptide bonded BCAA's for faster absorption to free form Amino Acids.

As far as I am aware they don't have any gluten!

I currently take one PHD Pharma Gain and 2 PHD Whey HT+ on training days and have a fairly good, high protein diet too. Is there much need for additional amino's or am i getting sufficient amounts from the shakes i am taking?
The only time really i would slot aminos into your plan is intra workout. Its not a necessity to have Amino tablets in there, but at a time of been catabolic (when training) its a fast acting source of protein to help repair and build.

You could do that if you wanted to, they're not the same kind of product so they are stackable.
