Hi Tom i like to run creatine for around 12 weeks then have a few weeks off before starting again. It is ok to use all year though if you chose to do so.

cycling creatine is debatable. i dont believe it is necessary but many people like to so i would say 2 weeks off after 8 weeks continual use is enough. allow your body a break from constant use of anything is a good idea.-AC-

Hi I have recently started training and I'm aiming for a lean muscle look and don't wish to bulk up.
I would like some advice in reference to taking Creatine, the brand I'm interested in is Sci-Mx.
I am currently using their Sci-Mx 100% Ultrgen Whey Protein. I am also taking other supplements like, Acai Berry capsules and Long Jack (Eurycoma Longifolia or tongkat ali ) Capsules.
So basically I would like to know if it is compatible with what i taking at the moment and could i take it with my protein shake and will it help me to achieve my goal?

Yes, if you are taking one serving of synergy a day take a extra 5g of creatine either pre or post workout and 5 g in the morning, if you are taking more than one serving then drop this to just 5g pre/post workout.
