Ask a Question
Could you take this with orange squash?
yes. i do. just make sure you drink soon after mixing as the citric acid in orange can start to break down the creatine. best regards

Hi monstersupplements. I have recently purchased this product and was wondering a few things: 1) does it have to be fully dissolved in water before you use it, if so how much water is neccessary? 2) will it fully dissolve into a protein shake? 3) can you mix this with PHD's pharma whey? Kind regards
Dear Harry, You dont need to fully dissolve it in water, aslong as you get all the powder then you will be fine. It will mix with your protein powder yes and will be easier to do that way. Dave
