“ Do not mix this with milk, water only and then it tastes fine. I enjoy the weights but have got into road biking so needed something to keep the weight on, this does the job really well, covered over 600km on the bike in the last 3 weeks and have actually gained weight. Pricey but works ”

I was thinking of taking this for 2 months then coming off of this and taking gold standard whey protein 10lb bag for 3 months then keeps switching so im getting bigger but also getting added protein and bcaa's from the gold standard stuff, would it be sensible to do this? kind regards, sam

i recommend jsut sticking with this. there are plenty of BCAA's and amino acids in this product. -AC-

In my workout routine i train 2 months on size gaining then 2 months on cutting and toning and switch between the 2. during my cutting and toning months i use gold standard whey protein by optimum nutrition. i was thinking of buying this product for my size gaining months but i want to know if this will help me put on weight in muscle or fat? also, because i want to gain in size but put on as little fat as possible could you tell me which product would be better out of this product or sci mx lean grow?

Hi, just wondering if I would be able to mix this product with full-fat milk to increase the protein and calorie count? Would this reduce the efficacy of the product in any way?

HI Cathal, Thanks for your question. Personally I would mix with Skimmed milk as there is literally no saturated fat in there, however full fat milk has quite a bit of saturated fat. You could add a tablespoon of Olive oil mild and light to your shake to increase the good fats in the shake. Yours in Health, Josh.

Hi, one of the main ingredients in this product is maltodexterin as the carb source, even though it is a complex carb it releases energy quite quickly. I want a high calorie weight gainer for breakfast is this product good for that even though it has maltodexterin in it? if not what weight gainer would you reccomend?

having maltodextrin is not necessarily a bad thing. first thing in a morning and post workout you need an insulin spike to get the nutrients into the muscles quickly and kick start anabolism and your metabolism. Best regards -Ac-
