“ Effective like any other creatine powder. But doesn't fully dissolve! Even with a blender! Like most of Met-Rx products. I will finish the tub, some months from now and look for a better mixing product if there's one out there. ”

Id like to ask, if you were to take creatine alone and not take whey protein supplements would you build muscle mass on the creatine alone and regular eating.
I usually use n large with creatine, as im of slim build and im looking to build muscle, if i stopped using the n large and just used the creatine by itself am i making a mistake?

Yes, creatine is found in all red meat. You don't need to drink Whey protein, it only helps the muscle buiding synergistically.
Hi, i have met-rx creatine caps as it was recomended in mens health, i was just wondering what your thoughts are on the product and is it better to take your protein and creatine supplements seperatly.
One last thing is creatine better as a powder or tablet form , cheers buddy.

Yes its a great product. Both ways are good. Do not take more then 10 grams of creatine per day.

Hi, i am an aspiring rugby player and am using whey and progain as supplements and have made good gains, im looking to use creatine now to take my training up a level, can i mix this creatine in with my progain post workout?

Hi i would start with an all in one; look at phd synergy, this contains creatine, protein, glutamine and a few carbs. Ideal to start with.
After the loading phase of creatine is done, when is the best time of day to take it?
After training or mid morning.
Is there a certain cylce recommended ie 1 month on 1 month off?
Personaly i would cycle one month on and one month off and when on your month off try a product such as a natural test booster to keep building muscle and increaseing strength.
Hi was just wondering am i going to get bloated and fat on met rx creatine. im 13 stone with good muscle tone but hold a little fat round the middle and bum. normally take synergy 7 but want to lose fat and tone up for the summer

With creatine you may find some water retention
however that will go when you come of it.
If your aim is to tone up I would look to use some thermogenic fat burner and jack3d pre-work out
As a post work out i work look to use pharma whey HT low carb, calorie and high protein supplement
