“ The results were brilliant but the increase in blood caused another effect if u see what i mean. this lasted for 5-10 minutes and oftern got awkward tosay the least. Apart from that great product and would definitely recommend. ”

Ive just started on 3xl and h-blocker from isatori. but im under 18. will these have any dangerous effects on me? thanks.

I don't completely understand how this is beneficial in muscle gain, as I have always thought that protein is the compound that helps muscle regrowth after intense excercise yet this has 0g of protein. Please can you advise/recommend a product that gives good results in muscle growth. Thanks Shafi

Hi Phil, This is a new product from isatori and will definately mimic the effects of meta-cel it is also a creatine delivery system, BSN cell mas is another option but if you enjoyed the old isatori products i think you should give this one a try,m Cheers Joe

Can I take iSatori 3xl as a PRE-workout supplement? It says on the pack to take after but i want it for an extra boost during training. I was using Dynamatize Xpand in Australia which i found very good to give you that extra boost during a session.
Hi you can use it pre workout but you would be better with a specific pre workout formula, look at PhD wired or Juggernaut by infinite labs, thanks

Hi I justed started my cycle of the 3XL,It seems like a great product really worked out hard in the gym but by the weekend I totally tired all I could all weekend was eat and sleep. Is there a product I can take thats going increase my energy or speed up my recovery. Or do take it a little bit easier while my body adapts to worknig out again hope its as good as meta-cel,
i recommend just making sure you are resting sufficiently during the week as i fell you have overworked yourself and simply crashed on the weekend. ample protein intake will aid muscle recovery from the gym. eating and sleeping are the 2 most important things for muscle growth so you will have had the perfect weekend for muscle growth at least. -AC-

I've been using this for 4 months now and it's the greatest creating I have ever used in terms of my results. Usually you have to cycle your creatine though, there is no info about this on the packaging, should I be taking some time off it by now?
dear russ, i generally say that taking 6 weeks on creatine needs to be followed by 3-4 weeks off. dave
