Hi for post workout i would opt for Phd Recovery 2.1, it has fast digesting carbs, creatine and protein; ideal for kixk starting therecovery process. Thanks JB


On the bottle it says not to use for losing weight. Does it mean because the amino acids will get wasted being used as energy on a calorie restricted diet or does it just mean don't substitute it for a balanced diet? ie. can it help me retain muscle on a calorie restricted diet or would you advise I wait till i've finished dieting to use this product? hi jordan. it is a 473 ml bottle. each serving is 30ml. 3 of these per day is 90ml per day. 473ml divided by 90ml is 5.2 days. Best regards -Ac-
