“ Berry flavor is not very nice and it is thick and gritty when mixed in a shaker. When I'm at home I make it in a blender with ice and it is MUCH better. It is a very good product and I will continue to use it but I will NOT buy berry again. ”

Dear Shani, Met-rx is used as a meal replacement and should be used 2-3 times a day. This will help in growth and repair of muscles. There is no information on the product stating it is not suitable for muslims. I would check with the manufacturer to be 100% sure. Kind Regards Dave

hi shani. im afraid we are the distributers and not the manufacturers so i dont know for certain if this product is kosher. i recommend contacting met-rx to find out. the meal replacements will help you to gain muscle but i would go for a weight gainer like USN muscle fuel anabolic for faster and better results.
