“ All 5 stars for this, it is the cheapst form of genuine Tonalin cla i could find so bought it. I'd like to correct the guy under me in his review. CLA dose not hold back hunger.....at all. Placebo effect much? It also dose not burn body fat lol. What cla dose is 'encourage' your body to use its fat stores for energy when exersiceing instead of muscle. Please note too get the benifit from this you need a minimum of 3.2 grams a day and have to use it for at least 3months, and i got this info from tonalin direct. each capsule has a min of 78% so work it out from there, i personally take 5 a day and it has defo helped me in shifting my belly flab. ”

Hi yes CLA is absolutely fine to use at 16, reflex CLA is very high quality and good value too.
