“ Great taste and does exactly what it says on the packet, most people dont acknowledge the fact that you have to have it with 8oz of water which is probably why their not getting maximum reasults, bit of a pain but worth it for the price. ”

“ WORD OF WARNING ON NUTRITIONAL VALUES.I recently noticed that the peanut one has 202 calories and much higher fat levels than displayed on the main product page (170 cals) so be warned as this equates to almost 20% higher calories and fat. ”

“ I recently ordered the smores...I like the fact it has a chewy texture. It is a real treat for a protein bar, however the calories are actually..202 with 19g protein...instead of what it says on here. So thats was a bit misleading. ”

“ Works out at around £1 per bar which is good value. Taste is nice enough, they are quite chewy and dry so you need to drink plenty of water after eating them (which is recommended on the actual bar). ”
