Why buy PhD Nutrition 4 inch Nylon Weight Lifting Belt?
Monster View - PhD deluxe nylon lifting belt

A sturdy 4'' thick nylon belt with velcro fastening. Used for back support when deadlifting, squatting or any heavy lifting which may put strain on the lower back.

This is an extremely comfortable, durable and practical belt. Easy to fasten and adjust tightly around the mid section. This particular belt gives great support to your lower back and lower abdominals, I really noticed this when squatting. The velcro is easy to use whilst still holding strong when a large pressure is exerted upon it. Very light and easily folded to fit into any gym bag and looks great!

Hi yes a belt is a great way to give support to you back, squats and deadlifts really put a strain on the lumbar region, make sure your form is spot on also.
