just wondering if these are ok to use with xedra cut slim pack drinks? i use them at mo but take them before breakfast and lunch , and would like something else to take before exercising in the afternoons to boost chances of producing lean muscle.
also can you tell me the size of these capsules or recommend something that has smaller tablets as i struggle to swallow the huge capsules. thanks
Hi Shelly. If you struggle to swallow the capsules it is possible to open them up and empty them into water. You can then drink the contents instead of swallowing a capsule. That should help you with your problem. Thanks, Omar.
i am 48 female ,no health issues except overweight ..i am following diet 1400 cal ,and exercise 20 min 4 times a week ..can i use this for weight loss ??
