Seems this really works and it has an ideal balance of nutrients for a post exercise shake. Also use it mid morning. My only gripe would be the cost, it is pretty expensive, over £100 for a months supply. Hasn't stopped me ordering another 4 tubs already though! The way I view it is if you can afford it, and it works, then you'd be mad not to buy it! (still wouldn't complain if they made it cheaper!). A bigger tub size seen as it only last roughly a week would be ideal. ”
