That slightly sore feeling you feel after a heavy work out halved in the time it lasted once I started taking this straight afterwards. Also handy if you don't have any meat in the house and you need a source of protein in a meal. If you don't fancy eggs in the morning then an alternative is to mix this stuff with milk and put it on cereal. ”

“ This isn't pumped full of sweeteners and I think that this effects the taste and texture somewhat. It has a more powder like consistency than other brands, which took a bit of getting used to. It is aspartame free (google the bad press on this stuff!). I love it. Cheap, tasty, and effective! ”
