Hi there,
I just recently purchased my Met-rx Size-up. It instructs to use four scoops, and to me thats an awfull lot to take in one go. It also states to use atleasst 475ml or water or milk. Can I break down the intake by taking two scoops and then another two later on in the day? To help drink it faster and more easily.

With regards to Chris's question. 16 servings works in line with 167g of powder. I followed that ratio and it was impossible to drink. Is 167g the amount that should be used?
mass gaining drinks tend to be big serving sizes, maybe add more liquid.
