at 17 your testostrone and growth hormone levels are high so i would not look at testostrone boosters just yet. i would not use v12 and creatamax together as they both contain creatine. keep tarining hard, keep the protein high-1.5g of protein per lb of body weight will be a good guide. I want to start using a testosterone supplement to harden up my physique but it's very important to me that I don't pack on weight in the form of body hair ! at 27 and with good understanding of supplements I'm pretty sure now is the time for me to start boosting my test levels. Hello 4 capsules are to be taken evenly spread throughout the day, it is important that they are spread out evenly and not taken all at once. I would suggest taking one on a morning, one last thing at night and one 45 minutes before a workout. The last one depends when you train, but as long as they are spread out evenly.
