How long after a meal should i wait before taking this product.
Hello Animal pump should be taken 30 mins prior to training. Ideally you shouldnt eat and later than 2-3 hours before training anyway. On non training days Animal pump is to be taken also on an empty stomach. Yours in health Monster Supplements


Can I eat at 1:30pm and workout at 5:30pm taking the animal pump 30 minutes before working out? and on none training days first thing in teh morning?

Hello,on non-training days I take animal pump first in the morning, wait 30 min and then my protein shake,on training days: 1 hour before training protein shake and after 30 min my pump. Is that o.k.? kind regards

Hello. I've tried Creatine supp's such as Cyclone before and loved the perofrmance effects. The problem is during loading and the first 1-2 days of off cycle i can become a raging lunatic over the slightest inconvenience. I'm very busy and the same would happen if i missed/forgot a serving, it seems i need to maintain a constant level to avoid this. I notice pump doesn't mention loading, is this because it's not required with creatine matrix? Thanks
hi danny. im afraid with most creatines in powder from you will have to load for a week and cycle off. however if you want a top quality creatine without the loading or cycling then i would recommend millennium sport tec cre 02. it will give you massive strength and endurance gains with no side effects or annoying loading. best regards adam

it is absoloutely fine to take on its own. stacking it with any creatine will help with overall performance enhancement however. best regards

You can take it on both, but personaly i would only take it on training days and make it last longer.

There are natural athletes who take this product, however with ALL supplements you must check to make sure (I am a tested athlete). In terms of the best pre-workout, it is a good product. Also, it is safe to take with size on yes.
