Regarding cycle you will be absolutely fine running this for eight weeks, this period will give you a good chance to measure your gains follow this with four weeks off then you are ready to repaet if your pleased, hope this helps

Even though there is no period of time recommeded to be off this product, i would suggest taking one bottle and then having a period of 4 weeks off - then taking another.

In all honesty titanium dioxide is found in many food sources that we eat.lt is also found in many toothpaste brands. Im not sure that there is any conclusive proof that the titanium dioxide is carcinogenic. Or moreover detrimental to ones health in the quantities found in this product. Aspartame is another widely used compound that has also been said to be carcinogenic however is found in many everyday products eg. sweeteners,PepsiMax,Diet coke etc. However with that being said Biotest would be the best people to speak to with regards to this product.
