This type of blender consists of a wire ball which is placed inside the bottle and the cap for the spout is of a hinged type. Overall the blender is very good with the majority of powders, however there tends to be a few lumps left when blending mass gainers (monster mass and myprotein total gainer). Another minor inconvenience is that the writing on the bottle will eventually rub off, otherwise a very good bottle which I would recommend. ”
