Pro Dessert mixes easily in 150ml of cold water in a shaker bottle, hand mixer or blender and then can be poured into a desired container and allowed to set for 3 to 5 minutes.
CNP Professional’s instant protein pudding mix is made from our unique blend of fast and slow release undenatured proteins. Pro Dessert includes micellar casein which is an undenatured slow release protein, medically proven to be anti catabolic plus whey protein high fraction concentrate which is an undenatured fast release protein providing higher levels of growth factors than normal whey protein concentrates that are denatured i.e. have passed through chemical or heat treatment processes.
