Hi
I've been taking USN muscle fuel dynamic for a couple of months and feel bloated after each serving. Im not into gaining any weight but rather lose weight and get ripped.
Im looking to change and have gathered that I should be going for whey protein isolate rather than concentrate.
Is the BSN syntha the right choice or some other option?

All rond questiuon really: I currently use Dorian Yates Lean Gain as a breakfast MRP, Reflex Whey Refresh during training and Phd pharama whey immediately after. BSN Syntha 6 as a bed time shake, also cycle USN Testo Methox along with ZMA. Are these all complimentary as Ive heard some supplements can cancel each other out? Training 4 days/ week with a yoga session as active recovery on top.... Anything I could do better on the supplement front?

Ive been using maximuscle for a protien but only because it tastes good with milk, can you recommend a good tasting protien with brilliant results that i can take with milk?
