Why buy Extreme Nutrition Extreme Whey 2.2kg?
Extreme Whey formally Performance whey) is a blend of whey isolate, a quickly absorbed protein, and whey concentrate, which is absorbed much more slowly. Fortified with peptide bonded glutamine, which is essentially a third protein source. Extreme Whey is designed to deliver a steady supply of amino acids to the blood stream, as the gut absorbs them. The bloodstream carries the aminos to the muscles at a sustained rate so not to overload the muscle receptors allowing for much greater absorbtion resulting in better muscle growth. Extreme Whey is also Gluten and Soya free, two products that are well known to create indigestion to those with more sensitive stomachs, and is only 0.2g of sodium per 100g. Delivering 35 x 50g servings per tub, Extreme Whey is one of the most cost effective protein products on the market today. This relatively fast and easily absorbed protein is perfect for after training or first thing in the morning when your body is waiting to absorb protein. Extreme Whey has no added thickeners or binders found in many similar products, thus making it light and easy to drink.

“ I liked this best of the whey products I've used recently,no gum or asparitame or anything else bad for you.Tasted fine in water and great in milk.Better value being 2.4kg than all rest BUT mixes up frothy and needs a minute to settle before drinking ”

“ Excellent Protein. Tastes like proper chocolate milk. One scoop fills you up well and definately gaining mass through taking about 4-5 scoops a day (Morning, Lunch, Dinner, Post Workout and before bed). By far the best tasting protein I have had. ”

“ Good taste, I have used both Phd and Reflex's version of whey protein and this one is better for me personally. Although not that important this one mixes better and is nice and thick in taste towards the end. Not bitty at all either. Will buy again. ”

“ Works a treat. It mixes very smooth in both water and milk, though with milk it does froth a fair bit. I don't feel bloated after drinking this. Only downside is the flavour. I'll try vanilla once I finish off the (mediocre) milk chocolate. ”

Ask a Question
Hi i just wanted to know what would be best for building muscle this or extreme performance mass?
Hi Chris, Thank you for your question; I would go for the Extreme Whey. Lean gains!!! Regards Mark www.monstersupplements.com

Hi,it says this product is gluten free so its good for sesitive stomach, but i thought all good whey supplements were gluten free why would they av them is it just exclusive to extreme nutrition performance whey.reason im asking i usually feel bloated after taking protein
Hi Taz this should not bloat you, you may be sensitive to lactose, if you dont get on with this one try an isolate protein, thanks

Is Extreme Whey suitable for vegetarians?
yes except for the strawberry flavour

Hi - from what age can you take extreme whey protein, is it suitable for 13 year olds? thanks
whey protein is a natural substance derived from milk. it can be used by people of all ages however it is no substitute for a balanced diet and unless you are undergoing large amounts of trianing and a high protein intake is vital i recommend sticking to food. -AC-

How much water/milk do you mix with this, cant seem to find any directions.
i recommend roughly 300ml. -AC-

How many should i take each day to gain muscle mass? i was told one as soon as i wake up one large portion after training and one with milk before bed because milk takes longer to digest. Is this true?
those are 3 good times to take it. the number of shakes you need is completely dependant on your diet. you need 1.5g of protein for every pound of lean body mass. whatever you dont get from food get from shakes. -AC-

Hi i was just wandering how many servings you would get from this product? thanks.
you will get roughly 80-85 servings. Best regards -AC-

Is extreme whey suitable for women?
Dear Lyn, Thank you for your question regarding Extreme Nutrition Whey Protein It is suitable for women to use any type of whey protein. Just be careful when chosing that it is not an all in one product containing testosterone enhancers. Kind Regards Dave

Hi Lee Many thanks for your enquiry. Extreme Nutrition Extreme Whey is now back in stock Kind Regards Katie

Hi, when do you think you'll be getting the banana flavour back in stock? thanks
Hi. We have this item on order from the supplier but we dont have a date for delivery as of yet. Best regards -AC-

Hi I was wondering if you could help me? I am using Synergy ISO 7 all in one powder and the results are good However I suffer from wheat and Gluten intolerance so the problems outweight the gains ie: good chest but I'm so bloated all the time it's too uncomfortable I am interested in buying a Gluten Whey protein similar to ISO 7...can you help me make the right choice? even if i have to buy seperate products it's got to be better than being a baloon at the gym :) Many thanks Regards Liam
Hi Liam Perhaps the optimum glyco maize with the egg protein by optimum....and creatine! That's be a good mix Regards Luke

My 13 year old son, is a competition swimmer and he struggling to maintain a healthy weight, he eats a good balanced diet. Would a protein drink after training help to gain some weight. He currently trains for 2 hours per night
Hi Karin Personally I would say yes, a protein drink and some carbs such as fruit. I would not have anything else though supplement related. LT
