Although Glutamine is classed as a non-essential amino acid (the body can make it on its own), the body produces it in insufficient amounts for the needs of a trained athlete. 60% of all skeletal muscle is Glutamine, so it could very well be the most important amino acid for athletes and bodybuilders. Extreme Glutamine Complex Capsules are 85% amino acids, 37.5% of which are free form glutamine (to repair and maintain the stomach), 37.5% of which are peptide bonded (for repair, growth and maintenance of muscle tissue) and the remaining 25% is made up of the 17 amino acids which are digestible from food.
5 capsules to be taken along with each solid meal. Prior to an intense workout 10-15 capsules should be taken to protect muscle stored amino acids, and to have the subsequent muscle tissue repair process ready to begin at the end of the workout.
