Is this product any good? I've just bourght reflex instant whey and now thinking of buying creatine product. Which one would you recommed? and When I've bought a creatine product , what times during the day should I take it as I'll also be having instant whey for pre and post workout? Thanks.

What will happen if i stop using creatine??
Hi Greg. When you finish your creatine, you will return to your normal level of creatine production. This will affect how strength endurance negatively. There are no 'side effects' as such. Thanks, Omar.
