Why buy SIS - Rego Recovery 1600gr?
The Re-Energising energy Fuel with micro-nutrients to improve recovery and boost adaptation to exercise. REGO combines a special mix of complex carbohydrates, fructose and protein, which has been shown to give a rapid improvement in recovery from hard exercise. REGO is the ideal post exercise drink and is especially useful after hard training sessions. REGO was inspired by Chris Boardman who had experimented mixing our carbohydrate energy drink (PSP22) with protein powder. REGO has been used by him, and many other top athletes and sportsmen since its launch in 1995.

“ Tastes good and definitely helps recovery time after hard cardio workout. Mixes best if you make it up and put it in the fridge before you train. Worth the money ”

“ The REGO has worked well for my recovery after racing or training and when I started using PSP22 aswell they really helped! They both mix well but REGO is best mixed well before training and kept in the fridge. ”

Hey, i am looking for a recovery drink for after rugby trainings and matches, im not really into protein shakes or anything but wanting something to prevent so much stiffness and so on so i can train and play better. Is this the best kind of drink for that kind of thing? How exactly would i set about using something like this? cheers
i personally would reocmmend phd recover 2:1. take it immediately following trianing. stretching more helps relieve the symptoms of muscle soreness. -AC-
