TasteMixability“ Absolutely foul! I've even tried putting dextrose in, cos that usually makes a nasty product taste a lot better. Even with a huge dose of sugar, it is undrinkable in my view, and I wouldn't wish this product on my worst enemy. ”

If you've ever tried BCAA's with just milk (if not, don't!) it has a similarly bitter taste. L-leucine is good stuff, even though it tastes so bad. I mix the recommended 3 scoops of Growth Matrix with about 250ml water and chug it down as fast as poss! It's a great product, and I don't take it for the taste. Though the bitterness as soon as it hits your mouth is strong. Just hold your nose and get it down you, it's good medicine! ”
