is this better than thermbol from maximuscle when combined with promax and cyclone, which is better used in a stack and why.

Hi monster. I am starting to use this product-3 capsules with phd pharma whey mixed with milk for a muscle building and fat burning meal before bed. I am going to use the maximum recommended capsules of 6 a day and wanted to know the best time to consume the remaining 3capsules?thanks

Biotest's Flameout is known to be the best fish oil formula on the market as far as omega 3 is concerned. Since you also need other EFAs in your diet and I the new biotest's FA3 is not available on your website yet is it good enough to use Maximuscle EFA's only? like 4 capsules a day? Or would it be a better idea to have 3 Maxi EFA capsules and then maybe 2 Flameout caps on the top of that? I know that when it comes to EFA's you don't want to create imbalances in your diet so please advise me what to order before you get FA3 in stock. Regards
