Hi it states this product should be consumed on an empty stomach, i like to have phd synergy 45mins before my workout and immediately after however i need a mental boost to focus on my training as i work long hours can i take this alongside my synergy shake before training? if not can you recommend another product?
hi matt. i would recommend taking the synergy 1 hour before training and this half an hour before training. you should still see great results from thath. best regards


Hi, I'm looking for some advice please.At the moment I am training around 5-6 times per week. I have just finished 5weeks of training while using creatine. So I am looking for supplement/supplements that do not include creatine as I am no longer alowed to take this for 5weeks again. My goals are to gain muscle mass and keep a high level of training intensity while having a good recovery process. I was thinking of getting a product with L-glutamine and also this product power drive. Is this the correct way to go. Can you shed me some light. Thanks Jonny
if you are wanting to stay away from creatine but still kepp your strength and intensity high i would recommend trying MST citruvol. i personally would stack that with a glutamine powder and phd recovery 2:1 for post workout recovery. this will allow you to get the best out of your workouts and recover fully. -AC-

a good all in one like phd synergy or sci-mx omni mx is a good starting point for increased muscle size. -AC-


Can I safely combine this with either Labrada Supercharge NO Xtreme, CL White Flood, Millennium Sports Ragnarok, VPX NO Shotgun, or Infinite Labs Juggernaut for a pre-workout boost? And would you recommend any of these combinations? I've tried NO Shotgun already and loved it, wondering if any of the others are better. Thanks, Ryan
yes its absoloutely fine to combine power drive with any one of these products. i personally highly recommend either the shotgun or white flood. -AC-
