Hi,
Yes this is fine to mix with water, i actaully refer it with water. The amount of use depends on your dailly nutrition requirements, more frequent use will result in more weight gain however to limit the amount of fat gained i would suggest a maximum of two serving per day, definately make one of these post workout. Hi looking to pack on some muscle size tryed ast stack protein and creatine with not much sucess and various other creatines but weight stillstays the same been considering the mamouth as it sounds a good product is it worth taking it with a quailty creatine or may be a testosterone supplement??? thanks chris
this is high calories so the weight should go on even more so if using a creatine and testostrone booster,

mammoth is very high calorie and N-large has calories but not as high as mammoth.
