“ This protein powder is quite filling and I'm definitely less sore when using it, but it tastes terrible. Maybe I got a bad batch (chocolate), but it smells like nachos and tastes like crap, and that's not exactly what I want from my protein powder. ”

After a year of trial & error, my periodontist finally attributed my mouth infection to an allergic reaction to my Metabolic Drive protien powder. Can you recommend another protein powder for me? And what are the benefits of whey v. soy protein? Thank you.

Dear Sir, i am just getting back into the gym again after a few years out. Anyway, can i mix my protein shakes the previous night, put in fridge, and then take to gym the following day? In other words, because the drinks are already mixed and sitting in the fridge for quite a few hours, does this affect quality, etc? Many thanks Andrew
if i were you i would just mix them in a morning. it only takes 10 seconds to make a protein shake so you might as well just do it in the morning. if you leave them too long the protein will settle and become quite stodgy in some cases so it is best to drink them as soon after mixing as possible. best regards

This a protein based product with very little carbohydrate or fat so there is realy no chance of putting on extra body fat due to this product alone.
