After a year of trial & error, my periodontist finally attributed my mouth infection to an allergic reaction to my Metabolic Drive protien powder. Can you recommend another protein powder for me? And what are the benefits of whey v. soy protein?

For all the first time users out there is this a bad thing to get started on and will it benefit you rather than make you worse in the long run because all people seem to say is that things like this are no good butbim extremly curious please advise me.
