there is both high and low gi carbs in weight gainers. so the answer to your question is yes you would put on a bit of fat as in order to gain lean muscle you have to eat a high calorie diet, thanks

Dear Mike,
Both products will be useful for adding mass, however both products could also result in slight increases of fat. I would look at the anabolic mass and do cardio daily for size gains without fat gain.

I have ordered the banana flavour in the 10pm tub. I just wanted to know when would be the best time to take this shake and how many times a day?
Also when taking this more than once should I take the 4 scoop recommended on the tub or split it to two scoops?

Hi Nasir,
A Product like this is for mass gain and is to add extra calorie to your diet to put you in a calorie surplus so it's up to you how many calories you want to take a day but i would try and get most of them from food and take this twice a day 2 scoop servings inbetween meals.

Hi,
Just wanted to know how many times I would take this as each shake contains 4 scoops?
Could I drink 2 scoops hour before gym , 4 scoops after a workout then 2 scoops before I sleep?
What would you recommend?

Hi Imran,
if you take less scoops your going to be taking in less calories a day, if you take more you will be taking in more calories a day, try to get most of the calories from your food and take 2 servigns of 2 scoops a day and then after 2-3 weeks of your diet up the daily dose so you don't plateau and continue to gain mass.
