Why buy Garnell Creatine - 1kg?
Recognised as one of the most effective supplements to increase muscle size and explosive power, creatine is today widely used in many sports. Creatine supplementation helps the body to convert ADP to ATP which is used as fuel by muscle cells during exercise. However, it has also been reported to have a cell volumising effect. Giving the muscles a fuller, “pumped” feel and look, generally thought to be due to increased amount of creatine in the muscle cell which may also lead to increased absorption of water and so volumising the cell. Garnell’s “Pure Creatine” is manufactured to exacting standards ensuring that you get the best possible source of creatine available. Made available in a pure form, as many users like to add creatine to protein drinks or WHEY-GAIN? to take on a regular basis.

Ask a Question
Hi, Could you tell me the legal age for buying and taking creatine in the UK. Thanks
you should be fine when around 16years of age as long as correcly used, All the best Andy Robinson

Hello. Could you tell me if Creatine is a weight gain as well as muscle building assistant? (Correct me if wrong). And what's the best Liquid to mix with it and what time of the day? Cheers - Ice.
creatine will help improve strength and stamina,it is not a weight gainer. you can mix it with water, each creatine should tell you how and when to use. All the best Andy Robinson www.monstersupplements.com

What would you recommend after taking cyclone for 3 weeks for the loading cycle.
Hi Steve, Thank you for your question. I would recommend you taking the Cyclone for 8 weeks with 2-3 weeks off. You can take a Testosterone booster with it for maximum effect. (see Biotest Tribex) Yours in Health Simon Shaw Team Monster www.monstersupplements.com

Hi whan is best time to take this please. thanks
Hi Abs I would recommend taking a serving before and after training. Kind regards Danny

Hi... Just wonderd if there's a possibility of taking too much creatine. Is it better to consume lots of creatine before and after workout to attract as much water retention as possible or will your body just naturally dispose of any unneeded creatine because it doesn't need it. Cheers
Dear James, I wouldnt take more than 10g of creatine daily as it may start causing stomach upset. I would split dosage 5g pre workout and 5g post workout. Dave
