Hi, I am 145 lbs. Is it effective, if i take 2 tabs of Nitrix per serving (totally 6 tabs a day). Because 3 tabs per serving (totally 9 tabs per day), i think, is too much for me at 145 lbs. Ok I know I'm supposed to take my protein right before working out but then how can I do that when I have to take my NO-Xplode on a empty stomach 30mins before my workout? Hi, it states to take nitrix on an empty stomach, i drink a protein shake in the morning so should i take the tablets 45mins before the shake or can i take it at the same time as my stomach will be empty in the morning ?
