I work in the offshore industry and as you are probably well aware we do under go urine tests, I was given an epherdrine weight loss product "ECA+35" But have since been advised to stay well away from these products. I do beleive that the ECA was a help in my initial weight loss but am unsure if they are suitable for passing urine test what advice do you have on this matter. I have also started a low carb, High protein diet as well as exercise, I have lost 1 1/2 stone since the start of January 06 still along way to go as I am now 15st

Is there any scientific evidence backing up the "cheaters relief" supplement?

How long would it take to loose a stone in weight when taking cheaters

This question is for my mum. she wants to lose 2 and half stone. shes on a diet where she will be eating more carbs then protein and obviously wants to lose weight. she wants a supplement that will help fill her up as a meal replacement but doesnt want to gain anymore weight. is there any supplements you can suggest? thanks!
i highly recommend your mum invests in the diet plan we offer as it sounds like her diet is backwards. you need to keep protein relatively high and carbs and fats extremely low. to lose weight you simply have to burn off more calories than you intake. i recommend plenty of cardio. a good product to take as a meal replacement is phd diet whey as it is filling but will also speed up her metabolism and will not add many calories to the daily intake. -AC-

Hi,im trying this diet out.where ill have 2-3 slices of toast at 6am before work,then 9:30-10am ill have a bowl of porridge ,banannah and a shake of usn anabolic fuel(2scoops) with water followed by pasta,chcicken/tuna with some salad or veg(ill have rice instead of the pasta on some days)for my dinner at 1pm. I go to the gym at 3:30 and do my weight session for a hour and then a run for 30 mins pushing myself.Ill have a low carb meal then once ive finshed.I can see a difference already where i can see thetop half of my six pack coming out.I find it hard too lose the bit of fat at the lower part of my body.Will BSN cheaters relief be good for me too lose this bit of weight around the lower part of my body.Sorry you had to read all of that but i wanted to make sure you knew what I am eating and how i train.I appreciate your takign your time to read this. Hi Philip.. The Cheaters would allow you to eat more without gaining as many 'net calories'. However would not actually aid in weight loss. I would recommend sticking to your diet as it sounds okay for what you want to acheive however reduce the calorific intake by possibly only having one muscle fuel shake post workout and remove the one in the morning. This calorific deficit should aid you to loose weight without compromising muscle wastage as your protein intake is still high and immediate post workout to replenish your glycogen stores. You could also look into purchasing a fat burner however like I said, primarily the diet should be altered. Hope this helps. MonsterSupplements

Hi Steve. As far as I am aware non of them do! Depends what you mean by "side effects" really....if you have too much vitamin c you can get side effects so can't really answer your q based on the limited info. Regards
