“ Using this product as part of a healthy diet and changing almost nothing (roughly the same gym routine and other nutrition), I noticed a large improvement in definition. When my first bottle ran out, I was clearly not getting enough healthy fats in my diet and definition slowly began to drop. I recommend this product for a large variety of people, perhaps the only people who would not benefit very much are those already eating a large amount of oily fish, more than twice a week.
