Why buy Dymatize Nutrition ISO 100 Whey Protein - 5.0 lb?
Dymatize ISO-100 is a 100% Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate. Zero Fat, Zero Lactose, Added BCAA's, Added Taurine & Glutamine, Added LPC. ISO-100, the ultimate ZERO CARB Whey protein...that actually tastes good! Dymatize Isolate 100 is the new standard in ultrahigh-quality, ultrahigh-potency protein supplements. With added Branch Chain Free Form Amino Acids (BCAA) (L-Leucine, L-isoleucine, L-Valine) and enhanced levels of Glutamine and Taurine, Dymatize Isolate 90 takes protein to a whole new level of performance. Dymatize Isolate 100 derives its name from its precision-blended protein formulation that delivers an astounding 90% protein. Most other protein sources used in nutritional products deliver only about 70% protein, some as low as 50%. This cutting-edge formula minimizes lactose levels while maximizing protein digestibility, uptake and synthesis. Maximum protein utilization is essential to maintaining a positive nitrogen balance, which is especially important during times of stress or intense exercise. Dymatize Isolate 100contains zero lactose*. In addition, Dymatize Isolate 100 has added, Lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC), which is designed to help the natural protein synthesis and uptake in the digestive system. Because of its ultrapurity and ultralow lactose levels, Dymatize Isolate 100 could be the easiest protein to digest on the market today. With zero carbohydrates*, Dymatize Iso-100 is perfect for low carb diets.

Ask a Question
Hello I am currently taking creatine just finish the 5 days of 4 times a day servings I would like to start taking some iso 100 whey protein. Do you think it is a good idea? and when am i supposed to take the protein if i will be taking the creatin before and after training. cheers all the best
Hi yes use a quality protein, i would go for the pharma whey by phd and use this with 10g of creatine per day 5g 45 minutes before training and 5g immediately afterwards, thanks

Hi is there on the market any protein sahke thet doesn't give you bad stomac and very bad wind????
The iso whey is a very pure form that or reflex micro whey are very easy on the digestive system

Hi there, i was wondering if you have in stock a good whey protein isolate product that contains l-glutamine and if you know of a good all-in-one supplement that exists which doesn't contain creatine. thanks
Hi Eddy, i would actually buy these seperately and add 5g of glutamine in a morning before and after training and before bed, glutamine is great.

Hi On trying the smaller 2lb tub, I like this product and would like to take advantage of your buy 3+ for a reduced price deal. But you website reports that you only have 2 left in stock. Will you be getting more stock in of this product?
Hi yes this should be back with us by the end of the week, thanks

Hi there, just wondering if you know how many grams glutamine this contains per serving and also if you would recommend this or reflex micro whey. thanks
it is roughly 4.2g per serving. -AC-

Hi when is this product goin to be bk in stock? and how many servings per tub? thanks
Hi we are still waiting on a delivery date but are looking at mid to late next week.

Currently taking reflex micro whey, would you reccomend this protein over that and if not what protein supplement is best suited for boxing, thankyou
micro whey is a blend of isolate and concentrate. iso 100 is pure whey isolate so is faster acting. both are good qulity proteins but for post-training recovery the iso 100 is better. -AC-

Would you recommend this or optimum nutrition platinum hydro whey as i am looking for a top hydrolyzed protein any recommendations, thanks
the platinum hydrowhey is probably the highest quality hydrolysed whey isolate available. -AC-

I use Phd Synergy after training and drink this 2 times through the day including before bed. Would this be better post workout than the Synergy? I take creatine separately anyway? thanks mark
yes the iso 100 is fantastic post-training as its so fast acting. it is not good before bed. -Ac-

I've read alot of conflicting reviews on alot of products. Please help. I've been using syntha-6 with creatine and will start creatine again with glutamine. Syntha-6 tastes great but gives me wind and I question it's effectiveness. I need to know if I should get Dymatize isolate or try the peak one or wait for the optimum platinum but you say that's for advanced trainers? Am I ok with dymatize/peak and creatine and glutamine? Until I'm advanced enough to try platinum and creatine plus glutamine with a cutting agent? Thankyou.
yes you can use any protein. its not that it is for advanced trainers but most people will have no need to spend such massive amounts of money on a protein simply for an extra 10 minutes faster absorbtion rates. it wont make any difference unless you are really getting into minute details. peak body or dymatize are good whey isolates. -AC-

Hi, When will you back in stock of the chocolate flavour? Thanks
this is due back in within the next 2 weeks. -AC-

Hi, in the 5lb tub. how many scoops do you get per tub and how long will the tub last me. cheerz
Hi George you should get around 70 serving using 30g per serving regards mikael

Hi is this shake suitable for vegetarians ? thanks
Dear Hassan, I am unsure of this been suitbale for vegetariens, i know the PHD pharma whey HT+ is suitable however. Dave

Hi, when will you have dymatize iso 100 back in stock?
Hi Carl Many thanks for your enquiry,. The Dymatzie ISO 100 is now back in stock. Kind Regards Katie

Is dymatize nutrition iso 100 a slow release protein
Hello Jason, ISO 100 is the opposite I am afraid, a fast asctive whey isolate product. Best regards

I undeerstand this produt contains aspartame, can you please shed any light on this. it is marketed to be a very natural type of protein ...
Hi Moustafa, The protein is sourced naturally. The flavouring contains aspartame. Thanks, Omar.

Whey Isolate or Whey protein? I am trying to strip body fat and currently use the ISO whey and seeing good results but what is better? Can you advise what else I should be taking to help reduce my body fat?
Hi Matt. I would stick with the Isolate as this is a lower calorie option. In terms of other products, you could try a fat burner such as PhD Lean Degree or a diet protein such as Diet Whey or Diet Shake. Thanks, Omar.

OK, I'm taking this product after the gym and lean degree to help strip the bodyfat, but you suggest PHD diet, how do I fit that into my daily intake. Or should I replace the ISO with the diet?
Hi Matt, Simply replace the ISO whey with the Diet whey it would work alot better stacked with the lean degree for fat loss. Kind Regards Liam

Hi,can you please tell me if the dymatize realy is colestrol free?
Dear Nash, Unfortunately we dont have that information here in the offices, if it states it on the tub and on the description then it will be. I would contact the company direct to find out more information. Dave
