PROTEIN YUM - Lemon & Mixed Berry PRE-TRAIN Ice Lollys


½ cup coconut water


2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

15 drops liquid coconut flavored or plain stevia

2 tablespoons shredded coconut

16 blueberries


  1. In a mini blender, add the coconut water, Adapt Nutrition PRE-TRAIN, lemon juice, and sweetener. Blend for 5 seconds.
  2. Stir in the coconut and blueberries.
  3. Pour into 2 lolly moulds and freeze for 6-8 hours, or until frozen.
