PROTEIN YUM: Chip N' Dips

Ingredients:

Sweet Potato Chips

2 large sweet potatoes

1 teaspoon Dr Zaks Coconut Oil, melted

1 teaspoon sea salt

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 225° F.
  2. Using a mandolin, slice the sweet potatoes very thinly. Add to a large bowl and toss with oil, rubbing the slices to coat them all. Sprinkle with salt.
  3. Line the potatoes in a single layer on a silicone baking sheet (or use parchment paper).
  4. Bake for 1 to 1½ hours, until the chips are crispy, flipping halfway through. Cool for 5 minutes.

3 tablespoons buttermilk

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

¾ teaspoon sea salt

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
