PROTEIN YUM: Easy Peanut Butter & Chocolate Creps

Ingredients:

¾ scoop peanut butter Reflex Nutrition Instant whey pro protein powder

¼ cup Dr Zaks Liquid Egg Whites

Optional Drizzle:

2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 teaspoon cocoa powder

1 teaspoon zero-calorie sweetener

1½ tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Stir together the protein powder and egg whites until smooth.
  2. Spray a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
  3. Pour batter into pan, swirl, and cook 2 minutes per side or until golden brown.
  4. Mix together drizzle ingredients and fill the crepe.
