¼ cup almond milk*
3 tablespoons egg whites
2 tablespoons applesauce or canned pumpkin
26g chocolate PhD Pharma Whey HT+ protein powder
4 packets stevia
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 tablespoon almond flour
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon Protein Dynamix smooth peanut butter
¼ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of sea salt
1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, egg whites and applesauce. Whisk in the protein powder, stevia, coconut flour, almond flour, and cocoa powder. Stir in the peanut butter, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips. Add up to ¼ cup more milk, if batter is too thick. *
- Coat an 8-ounce mason jar with cooking spray.
- Spoon batter into jar and place on a baking sheet. Place in oven for 24-26 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
