50g dried cranberries
50g dried blueberries
100g pitted dates
50g (1 scoop) PhD Nutrition Diet Whey Belgian Chocolate
100g almonds, chopped
- Simply mix all the ingredients in a blender.
- Press the mixture into a small, lined tray.
- Decorate with melted dark chocolate (optional) and then leave in the fridge overnight to set, before cutting into 9 squares.
