PROTEIN YUM: Protein Antioxidant Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

¾ cup sliced strawberries

½ cup blackberries

¼ cup blueberries

1 tablespoon shredded coconut

2 teaspoons cacao nibs

¼ cup frozen whipped topping (coconut cream)

½ scoop vanilla USN ISOLEAN protein powder

1 basil leaf, sliced

Method:

  1. Add fruit to a bowl.
  2. Thaw the whipped topping and stir in protein powder.
  3. Spoon on top of fruit and sprinkle with coconut and cacao nibs.
